Who we are
Burst into Diamonds was born out of a desire to stop waiting for gatekeepers and just make things.
In an industry still largely shaped by old, white men, we’re committed to telling stories from wider perspectives and building casts and crews that reflect true diversity.
We are just getting started, and in creating raw stories and polishing our own artistic light until it sparkles, we hope to inspire others to do the same. (And please, think “unproblematic lab-grown diamonds” as you mine all these puns.)
Meet the Founder
Keri Blunt, founder of Burst into Diamonds, found her way to production through performing. As a versatile actor, dancer, singer, and creator, known for grounding even the most heightened characters in emotional truth, she created the company to fund her own creative opportunities and hire her friends.
As co-founder of the globally recognized sunglasses brand, goodr, she served as Head of Content and Content Creative Director, but has stepped down to a role teaching the brand voice in order to devote more time and focus to her first love: connecting through creation.
Keri’s original and parody music videos have drawn wide attention, most notably an instagram feed repost from Nicki Minaj, and her recent immersive Real Housewives–inspired performance at a Paramount executive’s birthday party blended satire with theatrics.
Burst into Diamonds’ inaugural short film, Why I’m Not Pretty, a departure from Keri’s usual comedic digital projects, explores body image through an unflinchingly personal lens. Look for it on the festival circuit in 2026.
